Job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Are you a compassionate leader with a background in healthcare who's ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Program Supervisor to help lead our Adult Day Health program in Marlborough, MA — supporting quality medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services for the adults we serve.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support program staff, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
  • Ensure staff complete required in-services and certifications
  • Step in as Program Director when needed
  • Support client care by advocating for participants' rights and recognizing signs of abuse/neglect
  • Assist with compliance related to DHHS and other regulatory/accrediting standards
  • Help coordinate admissions, staff scheduling, and training
  • Support emergency and evacuation planning and staff education
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
  • Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, and other staffing actions

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • 2+ years working with adults in a healthcare setting (professional or volunteer)
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Clean CORI and background check
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical decision-making skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others and working as part of a team
