Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, a passion for crafting beautiful and delicious desserts, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ขย Recipe Creation & Execution: Develop, test, and execute a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency and high quality.

โ€ขย Menu Development: Collaborate with the executive chef or management team to design seasonal and innovative dessert menus.

โ€ขย Quality Control: Monitor the appearance, taste, and texture of all pastries and baked goods, maintaining the highest standards.

โ€ขย Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee ingredient inventory, order supplies as needed, and control food costs to maximize profitability.

โ€ขย Kitchen Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations.
