A beautiful luxury resort in Bluffton, SC is looking for a great Assistant Pastry Chef to add to their team!
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of similar Assistant Pastry Chef leadership experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Banquet and Catering Volume production a must.
  • Experience in laminated doughs, baking, and platted desserts.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute pastry and baked items for restaurant and banquet outlets in accordance with menu specifications and established standards.
  • Uphold in-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, food products, and sanitation practices to ensure consistent quality and safety. Collaborate effectively with the culinary team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
