An upscale organic grocery market in Naples, FL is seeking a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to lead its bakery and pastry program. This role will oversee the production of artisan pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods while helping develop an elevated bakery experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality, freshness, and wellness.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of Pastry Chef experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, bakeries, or premium retail markets
  • Strong expertise in artisan pastries, laminated doughs, breads, and plated desserts
  • Cake decorating and custom cake production experience is a strong plus
  • Experience developing seasonal menus and retail bakery programs
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and food cost controls
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a pastry team
