Job description

Position Title: Litigation Associate
This position offers an opportunity for a mid-level Litigation Associate to join a newly established office in Dallas. The firm seeks a candidate with a strong foundation in litigation, particularly someone who is adept at taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. The role demands a commitment to handling commercial and employment litigation, focusing on defense matters. Candidates from a plaintiff background are also welcome, provided they are comfortable transitioning to defense work. The firm emphasizes a collaborative culture and values character and initiative among its team members.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE
Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
  • Handle commercial and employment litigation, primarily in defense
  • Take depositions and argue motions
  • Participate in mediations
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment

Litigation Associate Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate
  • Experience taking numerous depositions
  • Experience arguing motions
