Job description

Our client is a litigation-focused law firm with offices in Tysons Corner and Richmond. The firm handles complex individual and class-action cases nationwide, primarily in federal courts. Its practice areas include consumer protection, communications and software disputes, employment law, and commercial real estate litigation. As a small but agile team, the firm emphasizes hands-on responsibility, strong advocacy, and professional growth for its attorneys.We're a small but nimble team, so there's nowhere to hide, but everywhere to grow.

Requirements:

  • Requires a litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience in complex individual and class-action cases across the country, primarily in federal court, but we also regularly appear in Virginia state courts too.

  • candidate profiles must be submitted with 2 writing samples that they have solely authored.

  • Several years of federal court commercial litigation experience is a must.

  • TCPA experience would be exceptional.

  • Must handle writing briefs, developing cases with the senior attorneys and clients, and appearing in court.

  • Need to focus our litigation practice in several areas, such as TCPA and FTC consumer-protection cases, communications and software matters, employment, and commercial real estate disputes.

  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience, be licensed in Virginia, and committed to good writing, curiosity, and client service (and hopefully some other subjects that invigorate them outside the office!).
