Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

A growing employment practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Fairfax office. This role is suited to an attorney with experience handling workplace disputes who is looking to continue developing their litigation career.


The successful candidate will advise clients on employment-related matters while handling litigation responsibilities including EEOC matters, witness interviews, discovery, motions, depositions, and case preparation.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of law firm Labor & Employment experience.
  • Experience handling employment litigation matters.
  • Experience with EEOC matters, discovery, motions, and depositions.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Active Virginia Bar admission or eligibility for admission by waiver.
