Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate (non-partnership track) to join their Dallas office. This full-time position offers a more predictable work schedule than traditional associate roles, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while engaging in complex litigation work. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates who have a background in insurance defense litigation.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and handle a variety of litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys in preparing legal documents, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis for ongoing cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on case developments.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for insurance defense litigation.
