Complex Litigation Associate Attorney – Midlevel

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Midlevel Complex Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Privacy Litigation practice in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of complex litigation experience who is interested in representing leading technology and retail clients in cutting-edge privacy disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all phases of pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, and depositions
  • Analyze privacy laws, regulations, and emerging legal issues
  • Develop litigation strategies and collaborate closely with clients
  • Work on complex matters involving technology, media, retail, and other innovative industries
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of complex litigation experience
  • Strong briefing, discovery, deposition, and case management skills
  • Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and client service abilities
  • Prior AmLaw firm experience and excellent academic credentials preferred
  • Passion for technology and privacy law
