Job description

Job Description Experience: We are seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both commercial litigation and general litigation. Experience in Chancery practice, health law, and/or employment law would be advantageous.

Skills Required: Proficiency in all aspects of eDiscovery, including best practices for preservation and collection of electronic evidence. Experience in reviewing eDiscovery using electronic support software platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity. Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in taking and defending depositions. Familiarity with litigation in both state and federal courts. Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications: Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; New York Bar admission is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials. Manage and oversee eDiscovery processes and document reviews.
