This is a unique opportunity to establish and shape the direction of our Florida employment practice in a collaborative and client-focused firm environment.ย

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and manage your existing book of business while cultivating new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across the Firmโ€™s offices to deliver integrated legal solutions.
  • Play a leadership role in mentoring associates and helping build a team to support employment law clients in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing employment law, including first-chair responsibility in litigation in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, advice and counseling, and workplace training.
  • Florida Bar admission required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-sustaining portable book of business is required.
  • Experience in growing or leading a practice group is a plus.
