Job description

We are assisting our client, a local boutique law firm, with a search for a Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Atlanta, GA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs
  • Collaborate with litigation team in developing litigation strategies
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Manage cases focused on product liability, premises liability, general liability, and automobile/trucking litigation


Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia
  • 3+ years' experience in general litigation and/or insurance defense litigation
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
