Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chattanooga, TN, for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, drafting pleadings and motions, obtaining medical records and bills, communicating with clients, reviewing case materials, and assisting with litigation and trial work. The selected candidate will provide organizational and administrative support to ensure efficiency in case management.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Experience drafting and managing Letters, Pleadings and Motions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Broad knowledge of personal injury litigation is preferable
  • Associate's degree or Paralegal certification is highly desirable
