Salary range $85,000-90,000 (Annually Based on experience)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Sales and Marketing Director leads strategic sales initiatives, referral development, and community engagement efforts to support census growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities for Sales Director:

  • Ensure protected health information is kept confidential in all sales and marketing activities.

  • Communicate ideas and strategies to improve services, outreach, and the customer experience.

  • Participate in staff, department, and facility meetings to align marketing goals with operational priorities.

  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales calls with qualified referral sources, utilizing a structured sales process to generate referrals.

  • Develop pre-call plans and maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry, market area, and key referral sources.

  • Develop and implement promotion, public relations, and advertising strategies to support facility growth.

  • Plan and coordinate facility events, including seminars and community outreach events for referral sources and prospective residents.

  • Effectively utilize marketing collateral and promotional materials during all customer and referral interactions.

Qualifications for Sales Director:

  • College degree preferred.

  • Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals strongly preferred.

  • Strong motivation to succeed with a results-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with long-term care and/or healthcare services is helpful.
