JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Sales Director
We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the sales efforts as a Sales Director. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing programs for the residence, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and cultivating referral sources. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.
Responsibilities--Sales Director
  • Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
  • Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
  • Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
  • Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
  • Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
