About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our growing team of Account Executives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in B2B sales, team development, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 12 Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Note, your team will be a combination of in-office and remote individuals.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and consultative selling.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand customer base.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and product enhancements.
Operational Excellence
  • Manage sales budgets, resource allocation, and incentive programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.


Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: Must currently possess or ability to obtain appropriate licensing, including Ohio Health and Life.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
