We are seeking a high-impact, growth-focused National Sales Director to lead and accelerate sales performance across our national insurance platform. This leader will be responsible for driving new business production, producer recruitment and development, sales execution, pipeline management, and organic growth initiatives across all markets. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who has built high-performing producer teams, implemented accountability frameworks, and consistently delivered sustainable revenue growth.


What You'll Own:


  • National Sales Strategy
    Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that drives profitable growth across the organization.
  • Revenue Growth
    Lead initiatives focused on increasing new business production, cross-selling opportunities, and overall sales performance.
  • Producer Leadership & Performance
    Coach, mentor, and hold producers accountable through clear performance expectations, activity metrics, and sales results.
  • Sales Recruiting
    Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to attract, assess, and onboard high-performing producers and sales leaders.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management
    Establish disciplined pipeline reviews, forecasting processes, and sales reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Sales Process Excellence
    Implement best practices, sales methodologies, and performance standards to improve conversion rates and producer productivity.
  • Leadership Development
    Develop future sales leaders through coaching, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Benefits, Marketing, and Operations leaders to drive client acquisition and retention strategies.
