Houston, TX (Must Reside in Houston) | Remote
Build a Sales Organization. Drive Market Expansion. Scale Revenue.
We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to build and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on flame-resistant (FR), arc-rated, high-visibility (Hi-Vis), and safety apparel programs. This is a rare opportunity to create and scale both inside and outside sales teams while driving expansion into new industrial and safety-focused verticals nationwide.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own revenue growth, outbound strategy, team development, and enterprise customer acquisition.
What You'll Do
  • Build and lead a multi-channel sales organization (inside and outside sales)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for FR and Hi-Viz apparel programs
  • Create outbound sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management disciplines
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage (Inside Sales Managers, Outside Sales Managers, SDR / Lead Gen Reps, Inside Sales Reps, Regional Outside Sales Reps, Vertical Market Specialists)
  • Drive enterprise sales efforts with utilities, industrial services, construction, logistics, manufacturing, and field service organizations
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer onboarding and support
  • Report pipeline health, key metrics, and revenue forecasts directly to executive leadership

What We're Looking For
  • 5-15 years of B2B sales leadership experience in industrial PPE, FR apparel, uniforms, safety products, or related industries
  • Proven track record building sales teams from the ground up
  • Experience selling to Safety, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Field Service leaders
  • Strong outbound sales leadership with expertise in prospecting, coaching, pipeline generation, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, FR, Arc-Rated, and compliance-driven purchasing environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
