Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5PM

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales and operations teams by accurately entering and managing purchase orders and related documentation. This role supports day‑to‑day sales operations and plays a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Enter purchase orders, customer orders, and stock orders with a high level of accuracy
- Support the sales team by gathering required order details and coordinating with operations
- Assist with answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Generate and document material or order‑related reports
- Prepare documentation needed for order processing and shipping
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Provide administrative support to sales leadership and team members
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Inside Sales, or Administrative Assistant
- Experience entering purchase orders
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
- College degree
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Exposure to ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
