This role helps build a strong sales pipeline by setting up meetings or demonstrations for account executives. It requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a basic understanding of sales techniques. To thrive as an Entry Level SDR (Sales Development Representative), you need strong verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of basic sales principles, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce, as well as email and prospecting tools such as Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is typically required.
