Seed Sales Representative

A prominent player in the agriculture industry, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seed Sales Representative to contribute to their dynamic team.

Seed Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with farmers and agricultural clients.
  • Conduct strategic cold calls and on-site visits to establish and expand customer connections.
  • Implement effective retention strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and cover an agreed-upon territory, providing the freedom to maximize your earning potential.

Seed Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Realistic first-year income potential of $100,000 base salary + commissions.
  • Possibility of a company vehicle; candidates with personal vehicles and expenses will be considered (open for discussion).
