Buscamos un SDR que actúe como el primer filtro inteligente entre Workana y las empresas que necesitan talento: calificar bien, hacer las preguntas correctas y pasarle al equipo comercial oportunidades calificadas y con una intención de compra real.
Responsabilidades
Lo que hace único a este rol es la amplitud de fuentes de demanda que se trabajan. El pipeline no depende de un solo canal - se captan y califican oportunidades desde cuatro frentes:
  • Inbound: gestionas los leads que llegan a través de nuestros formularios y campañas, los calificas rápido apoyándote en nuestros sistemas automatizados con AI y aseguras que lleguen a la reunión con el contexto correcto.
  • Outbound: identificas empresas dentro de nuestro ICP, investigas sus iniciativas y desafíos, y generas contacto proactivo con decisores clave vía llamada, email y LinkedIn.
  • Clientes existentes de plataforma freelance: analizas nuestra base activa de clientes, detectas señales de potencial de crecimiento o necesidad de staffing, y los activas hacia una conversación comercial.

El objetivo no es agendar reuniones; es identificar necesidades en nuestros leads, matchearlas con nuestra oferta de servicios y lograr que, al llegar a la reunión con el líder de sales, ya tengan claridad de cómo Workana los puede ayudar.
Además:
  • Eres el owner de tu pipeline: sabes en qué etapa está cada cuenta, qué necesita para avanzar y cuándo descartarla.
  • Pasas al BDM contexto real y accionable - no solo un nombre y un número de teléfono.
  • Participas de la reunión semanal de pipeline con el equipo de ventas para revisar avances y prioridades.
  • Mantienes el CRM (HubSpot) actualizado con criterio, porque la calidad del dato es lo que permite escalar.
  • Operas herramientas de IA como parte de tu flujo diario para automatizar lo repetitivo y enfocarte en lo que requiere criterio.

Qué esperamos
Alguien con mentalidad de hunter y criterio consultivo. Que entienda la diferencia entre agendar una reunión y clasificar una oportunidad. Ambicioso/a, ejecutor/a, con ownership real sobre su pipeline - y con ganas de crecer hacia un rol de Account Executive en 6-12 meses.
Requirements
  • Experiencia previa como SDR, BDR o en ventas B2B (SaaS, staffing o marketplaces, idealmente).
  • Experiencia trabajando con múltiples canales de prospección: llamadas, email y LinkedIn/social.
  • Capacidad de calificar rápido y con criterio, sin depender de un script.
  • Manejo de CRM - HubSpot preferentemente.
  • Comodidad trabajando con herramientas de IA en el día a día.
  • Español fluido. Inglés y/o portugués, un plus.
  • Nice to have: construiste o configuraste algo con IA (un flujo, una automatización, un prompt que resolvió un problema real).
