What Youll Do

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for translating portfolio growth priorities into full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, demand generation, and execution, partnering closely with sales, portfolio leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams to design and activate programs that accelerate revenue.
The ideal candidate understands how to connect commercial objectives to marketing strategy and pipeline outcomes, and continuously optimizes performance based on data and ROI.

You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.
During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Drive measurable pipeline contribution aligned to portfolio revenue targets (e.g., ~2025% of ACV)

  • Translate GTM priorities into focused demand generation plans

  • Position marketing as a credible growth driver

  • Optimizethe full funnel: awareness, engagement, conversion, and expansion

  • Part of the Core responsibilities also includes:

1.Portfolio Strategy & Growth Planning

  • Translate portfolio priorities into a clear, actionable demand generation strategy
  • Define ICP, personas, buying triggers, and target segments
  • Identifyand prioritize high-impact growth levers
  • Continuously refine strategy based on performance and ROI

2.Demand Generation & Campaign Leadership

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (ABM, events, digital, partners)
  • Own campaign calendar and coordinate execution
  • Ensure consistency across marketing and sales messaging

3.Sales Alignment & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Align with sales and BDR teams on outreach strategy
  • Develop sales enablement materials
  • Support deal acceleration and strategic opportunities

4.Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identifyexpansion opportunities in existing accounts
  • Support client growth initiatives and case study development

5.Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign and pipeline performance
  • Optimizebased on conversion, quality, and ROI

6.Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage marketing budget and allocation
  • Oversee external vendors and partners

7.Portfolio Knowledge & Messaging

  • Develop strong understanding of offerings and market
  • Translate capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging

What You Bring to the Role

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing

  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM strategy

  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact

  • Experience working with sales and ABM strategies

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach

  • Strategic thinking with execution discipline

  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Data-driven decision making

  • Strong communicationskills
