Weโre looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate growth by building and executing integrated marketing programs that generate engagement and qualified pipeline.
Position Overview
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. This role will partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Channel teams to create programs that engage target accounts and move prospects through the buyer journey.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who combines their experience and strategic thinking with strong execution skills and a passion for delivering results.
ResponsibilitiesDrive Pipeline Growth
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Create and manage programs across email, webinars, digital advertising, content syndication, nurture programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns with business priorities and target accounts.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize programs to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
Marketing Automation & Lead Management
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Manage campaign execution within Marketo, including program setup, segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, and reporting.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ensure accurate lead routing, tracking, and campaign attribution through Marketo and Salesforce.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Build and optimize automated nurture programs to improve engagement and accelerate buyer progression.
Account-Based and Partner Marketing
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support account-based marketing initiatives focused on strategic healthcare and enterprise accounts.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing programs that generate demand and expand market reach.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate campaign execution across internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analytics & Reporting
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Track campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline creation, and ROI.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Develop regular reporting and insights to inform marketing and sales leadership.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Events & Programs
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support demand generation activities surrounding webinars, conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Develop integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns that maximize engagement and pipeline outcomes.
Success in This Role
In your first 12 months, you will:

Compensation: $120,000โ$150,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity.
QualificationsRequired
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 4+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Proven success creating and executing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline results.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Tools (Marketo and/or Hubspot preferred), including campaign execution, segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience working with Salesforce and marketing attribution reporting.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong understanding of email marketing, webinars, paid media, digital campaigns, and lead lifecycle management.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience marketing cybersecurity, healthcare technology, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Familiarity with partner and channel marketing initiatives.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience marketing to healthcare organizations and large enterprise accounts.
