Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Leader to lead campaign strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel. This role will manage and develop a team of demand generation marketers while owning the planning, execution, and performance of integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who can also execute effectively balancing team development with direct campaign ownership. The ideal candidate embraces AI and emerging technologies as core enablers, leveraging them to scale impact, improving efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions across demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation marketers
  • Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to pipeline targets
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Enable the team to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and campaign outcomes
  • Partner with leadership to evolve team structure, capabilities, and skill development

Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy across channels (digital, email, events, paid media, ABM, etc.)
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline
  • Leverage AI to enhance:
    • Campaign planning
    • Personalization
    • Content creation
    • Audience targeting
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales to align messaging and targeting
  • Ensure campaigns align with key personas and stages of the buyer journey

Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Own and manage campaign KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to improve forecasting, targeting, and effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

Sales Alignment
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline targets, lead quality, and follow-up processes
  • Support sales enablement through campaign insights, messaging, and tools
  • Streamline lead handoffs to improve conversion rates

Process, AI & Optimization
  • Champion adoption of AI as a core driver of scalability and competitive advantage
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across campaign execution, segmentation, testing, and optimization
  • Drive a test-and-learning culture, evaluating new tools and strategies to improve performance
  • Balance automation with strategic oversight to maintain brand quality and customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI across campaigns

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation
  • 1-3 years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing performance
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
