TheDemand Generation Marketing Specialist will support demand generation and lead acquisition efforts across our brands. This role will focus on executing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, support sales pipeline growth, and improve overall marketing performance.

The Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing
  • Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Support multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales and business development goals

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, including cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Analyze results and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns

Marketing Automation & CRM Support

  • Assist in managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Bullhorn, SourceWhale)
  • Support lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand messaging and content strategy across brands
  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline development
  • Coordinate with internal leaders across multiple brands and divisions (Malone Workforce Solutions, Malone Healthcare, Malone Homecare, Family Tree Care Services, AllStaff)

Content Development and Promotion

  • End-to-end content development and execution to support lead gen efforts, including but not limited to ad graphics and video content, landing pages, blogs, white papers, and other sales materials as needed.

Other Marketing and Sales Support

  • Monitoring and responding to online comments and reviews
  • Support of sales drops through coordination, ordering, and creative development



The Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with B2B Marketing is required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Experience with campaign marketing and landing page optimization
  • Both detail and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Highly analytical, strategic, detailed, and structured
