About the Role:

The Demand Generation Associate supports OpenClinicaโ€™s marketing and pipeline growth efforts by executing campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. This role works to support lead generation initiatives across multiple customer segments, including academic institutions, biotech sponsors, and CROs. The DGA plays a hands-on role in campaign execution, audience targeting, reporting, and optimization efforts while continuing to grow their expertise in demand generation strategy, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.

  • Status: Full-time, Exempt
  • Reports to: B2B Marketing Manager
  • Comp.: Base Salary = $60,000 - $70,000

What You Will Do:

  • Support the execution of demand generation campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting

  • Manage and optimize campaigns within Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms to improve lead generation performance

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including leads, conversions, click-through rates, cost per lead, and ROI

  • Assist with landing page updates, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization initiatives

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness

  • Partner with sales team to improve lead quality, campaign alignment, and follow-up effectiveness

  • Support audience targeting, segmentation, and list-building initiatives across campaigns

  • Assist in developing and testing ad copy, messaging, and campaign offers

  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify new campaign opportunities and trends

  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot CRM and marketing automation platforms for campaign tracking, lead reporting, and marketing analytics is a plus

  • Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing channels

  • Support ongoing optimization efforts using data analysis, automation tools, and AI-driven workflows where appropriate


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, paid advertising, or related marketing roles (internships included)

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is required

  • Familiarity with additional advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, display advertising, or retargeting platforms preferred

  • Understanding of key marketing and performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot reporting, and other marketing performance reporting platforms

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with AI-driven advertising tools, emerging paid media technologies, and evolving digital marketing trends, with the ability to adapt and apply new strategies and platforms as the marketing landscape continues to evolve

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn, test new ideas, and grow within a demand generation and performance marketing function
