Join our team as a Demand Generation Specialist on the Marketing Team.

This is a fixed hybrid role onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Maple Plain, MN. 

The Demand Generation Specialist works closely with sales and marketing to create engaging multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, nurture existing customers, move prospects through the customer journey, and increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, communicative, collaborative, innovative, solution-driven, and can multi-task in a fast-paced workplace environment.
What you'll do:
  • Plan, develop and support the execution of multi-channel campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and account growth and expansion.
  • Craft email content and campaigns for individual and series communications that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling campaign collateral for sales to use in communicating with their contacts about upcoming events, new product releases, timely initiatives, and other relevant topics.
  • Craft Account Based Marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing campaigns to accelerate movement through the demand generation funnel.
  • Partner with sales, sales enablement and sales operations to identify target accounts for priority campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic programs from top of funnel demand generation to strategic, multi-channel ABM campaigns.
  • Support the team process of passing qualified leads from inbound channels to the sales teams, ensuring the inclusion of relevant background information for an informed follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to create and deploy email workflows, landing pages and reporting in Pardot required to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our data analytics team to report on campaign performance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What it takes:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years working within a marketing team, preferably in a B2B environment supporting demand generation efforts
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to understand and use metrics to adapt and test strategies
  • Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Monday.com
  • Experience collaborating effectively with sales and marketing
  • Self-starter with an enthusiasm to learn and develop subject matter expertise
  • Keen observer and learner looking to continually be challenged and grow
  • Ability to determine when to escalate problems to leadership and when to carry out solutions on your own
  • Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset

Protolabs offers a competitive total rewards package, and compensation mix vary based on position, such as base wage, as well as other earnings including incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, job function, work experience, specialized skills, training, education, and certifications.
