Job description

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Demand Generation to own our full revenue marketing engine and lead our demand generation and digital marketing initiatives globally. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be an integral member of the marketing leadership team. You'll oversee our global demand programs (campaigns, paid/digital, field, ABM, email and more). You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to create and execute high-impact strategies that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and brand equity within new and existing business. 

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $200,000 - $260,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You'll Do
  • Owning the comprehensive demand generation strategy, execution and results in alignment with company priorities, roadmap and target audience.
  • Leading, implementing and scaling demand generation programs across paid media and digital, field and events, webinars, ABM and more 
  • Implementing a data-driven approach to identify and target high-quality leads and along with upsell opportunities, nurture them through the funnel, and drive sustainable conversions while increasing lifetime value
  • Creating and implementing multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns tailored to key segments, geographies, and personas, ensuring targeted approaches across each stage of the client journey-from awareness through to conversion
  • Expanding Addepar brand recognition across new and existing client segments, geographies, and personas
  • Creating, implementing, and overseeing events and conference strategy leading the strategy, planning, and execution of events and conferences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimizing these platforms as critical channels for client engagement, lead generation, and brand building
  • Managing and allocating budgets across digital marketing and web channels, including paid search, social media, web/display advertising, email, content marketing, SEO/AEO, and on-site experiences. Drive cohesive strategies that enhance brand visibility, optimize user engagement, and support growth objectives
  • Measuring and analyzing performance with robust KPI tracking and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and adjust strategies to ensure continued success
  • Building, leading and mentoring a team of talented marketing professionals, creating an environment that encourages both professional growth and excellence in execution
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, financial services experience or experience marketing into the financial services vertical a plus
  • Experience building a demand generation function and team, not only implementing from an established playbook
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong experience in leading industry and hosted event and conference strategies as key components of the overall marketing and brand-building effort
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to build a culture that balances innovation with results-driven execution
