Job description

Stretto is seeking a results-driven demand-generation manager to support Stretto Intelligence, the AI-enhanced product portfolio behind Research Suite and Stretto Conductor. This is a high-impact role that pairs strategy with hands-on execution: you will own the demand-generation programs that build our funnel, and you will build them yourself. You will take ownership of developing ABM and broad marketing campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, developing pipeline, and converting interest into opportunity across the bankruptcy and restructuring market.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop high-impact campaigns. The demand generation manager will be obsessed with details and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States.
Essential Functions:
  • Strategize: Develop digital marketing and Account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization that meet the desired business outcomes.
  • Execute: Roll up your sleeves and execute the strategy including content development, basic design, and digital channels (that may involve the support of vendors). Constantly measure and test to look for opportunities to optimize results.
  • Generate Demand: Build and run lead generation programs across email, social, in-app messaging, content, and events. Capture, route, and qualify leads so that every campaign produces measurable funnel contribution.
  • Develop Pipeline: Own the lead lifecycle in the CRM, including segmentation, scoring, stage progression, and handoff. Nurture qualified leads and ensure no opportunity is lost to a broken workflow or a data gap.
  • Drive Organic Growth: Own on-page and technical SEO across our web properties, including page optimization, metadata, and content structure. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search performance, and act on what the data shows.
  • Convert: Optimize conversion across landing pages, forms, and campaign touchpoints through A/B testing and iterative improvement. Build the reporting and attribution that show where pipeline and conversions originate.
  • Support Business Development: Equip the business development team with campaign-sourced leads, lead intelligence, and follow-up workflows that help move qualified prospects toward a decision.
  • Own the Stack: Build campaigns in the CRM and maintain the integrations that pass data between the CRM, marketing automation, email distribution, social platforms, and in-app messaging. Protect data integrity through deduplication, field mapping, and ongoing list hygiene.
  • Resourceful: Find ways to get things done without having all ideal tools, techniques, or conditions readily available (progress over perfection). Think outside the box and find creative ways to solve challenges as they arise.
  • Project Manage: Keep all initiatives on track and hold stakeholders accountable. Pay attention to details and utilize methodologies to keep the trains on time.
  • Work Well Under Pressure: Effective at juggling priorities. Apply focus to the most critical deadlines to make the biggest impact toward goals.

Platform Tools
The Demand Generation Manager will work across our current marketing stack and help stand up the platforms we are moving toward. Experience with the tools below is required.
  • CRM: Insightly and Salesforce.
  • Marketing automation: Pardot, built out alongside the Salesforce migration.
  • In-app messaging and product adoption: Userpilot.
  • Email distribution: Mailchimp and Pardot.
  • Social: LinkedIn and related social platforms.
  • Web, SEO, and analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related search tooling.
  • Integration: Native connectors and API-driven syncs that move data between these systems.

Requirements / Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education / experience required
  • Four years of experience or more marketing B2B software required
  • Extraordinary project management skills
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • ABM and broad marketing cross-channel campaign development and execution
  • Hands-on experience with in-app messaging and product adoption platforms such as Userpilot
  • Working command of the full digital funnel, including lead generation, lead scoring and lifecycle stages, pipeline development, and conversion optimization
  • Practical SEO experience, including on-page optimization and performance tracking
  • Understanding of how data passes between marketing platforms, with comfort handling field mapping, integrations, and data structure
  • Development, implementation, and management of a social media presence
  • Generation of campaign metrics and knowledge of KPIs and campaign optimization
  • Exposure to the legal, financial services, or professional services sectors
  • Interest in AI-enhanced products and a curiosity about how they are brought to market
