We are seeking a creative and hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. In this high‑impact role, you’ll own and execute multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and fuel revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping our demand generation strategy, managing marketing operations and automation, and ensuring seamless execution across digital channels.

This is a full‑funnel role - from top‑of‑funnel awareness to pipeline acceleration - ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll design scalable programs, leverage AI for efficiency and personalization, measure impact, and optimize continuously.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi‑channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, ABM, webinars, events, and digital channels to drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
  • Develop and execute full‑funnel demand generation programs, including nurture campaigns, conversion optimization, and continuous testing of messaging, audiences, offers, and channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales on lead handoff, account engagement, ABM initiatives, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage campaign execution end‑to‑end in Asana, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery while proactively identifying risks and communicating progress.
  • Own paid media programs and landing page strategy, driving ongoing optimization through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion improvements.
  • Lead webinar and event marketing, including promotion, audience development, lead capture, follow‑up, and performance analysis in partnership with the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, email campaigns, nurture programs, lead scoring, segmentation, campaign setup, and data quality, while partnering with RevOps on Salesforce integration, attribution, and lead routing.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Own demand generation reporting and dashboards, analyzing campaign, channel, and funnel performance to deliver actionable insights and optimize ROI.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years focused on demand generation.
  • Proven expertise with HubSpot (must‑have) and experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and GenAI‑driven optimization (GEO).
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools for marketing automation, campaign optimization, and personalization.
  • Creative problem‑solver with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
  • Anticipate campaign needs, identify risks and opportunities early, and proactively implement improvements that increase performance and execution quality.
  • Experience managing full‑funnel marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package including:
