Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a critical role in executing the campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline.

This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to master the full spectrum of modern B2B marketing-from email automation and paid social to analytics and lead scoring. You will be the "engine room" of our marketing efforts, ensuring our campaigns are launched flawlessly, tracked accurately, and optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Assist in the setup, deployment, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, search, and webinars).

  • Work within our Marketing Tech Stack (Marketo, PathFactory, Stripo) to build landing pages, email templates, and automated nurture sequences.

  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure all campaign assets are on-brand and delivered on time.

  • Coordinate with agencies for asset handoff and campaign launch check lists.ย

Lead Management & Operations

  • Monitor lead flow from marketing campaigns to the sales team, ensuring no lead is left behind.

  • Assist in maintaining database hygiene, including list segmentation and data enrichment.

  • Help manage the "Leads" queue and provide support to the Sales Development (SDR) team to ensure high-quality follow-ups.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and Cost Per Lead (CPL).

  • Monitor weekly performance and spend dashboards to help the Director of Demand Gen understand what is working and what isn't.

  • Conduct A/B tests on email subject lines and landing page layouts to incrementally improve results.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales operations. (Internship experience counts!)

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) marketing tools like Marketo, Pathfactory, Stripo, Salesforce, Ad Platforms, or Google Analytics.

  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy looking at spreadsheets and finding the story behind the numbers.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, punchy copy for emails and social media ads.

  • Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Additional Information

Where you'll be working:ย  We proudly support a collaborative remote environment for our globally distributed teammates, while also using our Boulder office as a resource. #LI-Remote

Compensation: Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000, plus bonus and equity. Compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant experience, skills, and certifications.

Employees of Scaled Agile are also compensated with a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as optional insurance products such as pet insurance. The package also features a 401 (k) with a match, flexible paid time off, and a company-paid sabbatical after six years of service.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Wondering if you should apply?

As a company that helps organizations embrace and turn change into opportunity, we're looking for teammates with diverse experiences who thrive on applying their knowledge in new ways. You don't need to meet every listed qualification to apply. If you're motivated by an iterative approach to growth, learning, collaboration, and relentless improvement, we want to hear from you.
