Campus Recruiting at Structural Group is a key business strategy to ensure that we have the talent in place to make the company stronger and last longer! We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to discover and recruit the next generation of talent. Our Recruiting team recruits emerging talent, hosts interns around the United States and develops and maintains a talent pipeline of recent interns and upcoming /recent grads. In this role,the Campus Recruiter is responsible for partnering with the recruiting team, other members of HR, and company leadership to implement a campus recruiting strategy to hire across the US. As a member of our recruiting team, you'll cultivate recruiting partnerships with select university programs, coordinate and execute highly effective campus events, and develop a robust talent pipeline of highly qualified interns, emerging grads and recent alumni.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute on campus recruiting and sourcing strategies

  • Provide outstanding customer service and advise managers and other internal stakeholders on the recruiting processes for internship and intern conversions.

  • Oversee candidate management from sourcing to offer

  • Arrange logistics and participate in campus recruiting events.Program events include campus activities, interviews, job fairs, on-site company presentations and internship summer program activities. This entails preparation of presentations and event materials, outreach to hiring managers and attendees, logistics planning and identification of presentation speakers and/or format.

  • Foster key relationships with students, faculty and administration while on campus

  • Participate in Campus Recruiting Program evaluation review and results.

  • Remain up to date on current college recruiting trends

  • Collaborate with the other recruiting team members for a seamless candidate experience.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1-3 years of high volume or college recruiting experience with demonstrated success delivering quality recruitment programs

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred

  • Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn and other recruiting and sourcing tools.

  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Travel is required for this role - up to 75% during peak college recruiting season

  • Salary $70+
