Job description

Lincoln Tech is seeking an experienced recruiter to build student pipelines through industry partnerships in our WorkForceLinc program. You'll connect prospective students with career training opportunities by working directly with partner organizations and campus teams across multiple locations. This is a remote role covering RI and CT with extensive travel.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience with proven success
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in education or partnership recruitment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations to create student recruitment opportunities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets across campus locations
  • Extensive travel to campuses to conduct presentations, information sessions, and recruitment activities
  • Interview and evaluate prospective students for program enrollment
  • Monitor student progress and coordinate with partners to ensure successful program completion and job placement
  • Train campus Admissions, Education, and Career Services teams on recruitment best practices
  • Provide detailed reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with institutional policies and accreditation standards
