Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Campus Recruiter who has a strong foundation in the human resources field and is a highly motivated and proven self-starter. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
  • Support all aspects of campus recruiting at the undergraduate and graduate level, in addition to our Internship and Full-Time programs.
  • Partner with hiring managers in each business to determine strategic hiring plan for campus classes and review job descriptions.
  • Execute full life cycle of U.S. campus recruitment process - liaise with key business stakeholders, manage university relationships, plan recruiting events, post open positions on intranet and external sites, review resumes, schedule interviews, manage superdays, collect interviewer feedback and lead candidate debrief sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, universities and student organizations.
  • Help organize and execute campus events and programs on-campus, in the office and virtually.
  • Manage applicant tracking system for multiple processes across multiple businesses.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity and reporting in all applicable databases and excel sheets with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain and support candidate onboarding materials, such as new hire offer packets and sign-on components.
  • Work closely with key business and corporate stakeholders to coordinate and execute orientation and training for Summer Intern and First-Year programs.
  • Remain apprised of current and changing recruiting methods through research and development of external network.
  • Participate in maintenance of campus recruitment budget.

Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire a dynamic individual who is highly motivated, intelligent and a proven self-starter. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively and a positive attitude. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (Workday experience a plus).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality.
  • Ability to speak confidently and credibly in front of internal clients and external candidates at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; high quality document preparation and sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Expected annualized base salary of $90,000 to $110,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
