Job description

Location: Irvine, CA or Tustin, CA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid in our Irvine, CA office

Attendance to events on-campus in Southern California and San Diego is required. 

A Day in the Life

Join our growing team of Campus Recruiters! You'll have the opportunity to plan and implement strategies that result in the successful recruitment of interns and entry level positions.

A typical day as a Campus Recruiter might include the following:

  • Partner with firm leadership to identify anticipated and current staffing needs for internships and entry-level positions and develop the appropriate recruitment strategy to fulfill the needs on a timely basis.
  • Build relationships with key school contacts including career services, faculty, student organizations and diversity associations.
  • Develop campus teams for each university. Leverage these teams to assist with campus events and interviews during the recruitment process.
  • Plan and attend recruiting activities on campus and virtually including networking events, presentations, interviews and other events to attract a high caliber & quantity of applicants.
  • Manage and engage with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. 
  • Participate in recruitment strategy discussion meetings with hiring managers. Provide market insights & proposing enhancements to the campus recruitment strategy and process.
  • Manage and execute campus-related recruitment programs for the Firm, including Visit the Firm and the Summer Leadership Program.
  • Create marketing tools to be used to assist in the recruitment process which may include social media campaigns, recruitment booth, job flyers, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR organization on a variety of projects and initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in campus recruiting and event management, or other related field; professional service firm experienced preferred. 
  • You have experience using Handshake or other campus recruiting systems preferred.
  • You are extremely organized and can plan large programs and events to be carried out in various locations.
  • You demonstrate an interest in event management and growing a career in campus hiring.
  • You enjoy interacting with stakeholders and students and designing recruitment strategies that attract the best and brightest.
  • You have a knack for establishing and developing long-term relationships with internal and external partners.
  • You are a self-starter and a multi-tasking master.
  • You proactively overcome challenges while also bringing adaptability and creativity to your solutions.
  • You have knowledge of and exposure to employment laws and are able to work with other professionals to ensure they are adhered to.
  • Travel to campus events required.
