Overview
We are a Brooklyn Based Ambulance company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Emergency Medical Service Industry careers, as well as the ability to engage with candidates across various levels, from entry-level to experienced candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruitment.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
