Job Description

The Student Recruiter is responsible for driving student enrollment by building strong relationships with families and the community, executing outreach strategies, and supporting the full enrollment pipeline from initial interest to first day of school. Reporting to the Dean of Operations, the Student Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the school meets and exceeds enrollment targets.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, outgoing individual who thrives on relationship-building, goal attainment, and community engagement.


Key Activities

Student Recruitment & Enrollment Pipeline

  • Execute recruitment strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Conduct outreach calls, emails, and text campaigns to prospective families.
  • Schedule and support school tours, information sessions, and enrollment events.
  • Track andmonitorenrollment data to ensure strong conversion rates.
  • Participate in weekly field hours.

Community Outreach & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and feeder programs.
  • Represent the school at community events, fairs, and outreach opportunities.
  • Distribute marketing materials and promote the school within the community.

Family Engagement & Customer Experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families.
  • Provide a welcoming, informative, and responsive experience throughout the enrollment process.
  • Support families with application completion and required documentation.
  • Ensure families feel connected, informed, and excited about joining the school.

Operational Support

  • Maintainaccuraterecords of all recruitment efforts and prospective student interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Registrar to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.
  • Support front office operations and family communication as needed.
