This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants for multiple job openings
  • Assist in the coordination of interview processes, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS and company logs
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings over platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed by the team

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
