[Kindly submit your updated English resume] As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable / Receivables: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Billing : Generate and issue invoices to clients.

Verify billing accuracy and resolve any billing-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information. Bank Reconciliations / Collections: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections. Payroll Processing: Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks. Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Invoicing : Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to gather relevant invoicing information. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
