Part-Time Bookkeeping

Location: River Falls, WI

Shift: Part-Time (15 hours a week)

Pay: Up to $20/hr depending on experience

Express Employment in River Falls is currently recruiting for a company looking for a detail-oriented, part-time bookkeeping assistant to support their Bookkeeping Lead. This role is central to a broader effort to keep their financial records clean, accurate, and consistent.

Job Duties:

  • Transaction entry and categorization in QuickBooks Online
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation support
  • Accounts payable / accounts receivable data entry and follow-up support
  • Assisting with month-end close tasks under the direction of the Bookkeeping Lead
  • Supporting payroll reconciliation and record-keeping
  • General administrative bookkeeping support as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Office experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Comfortable working independently

Must be able to commute to River Falls, WI (not a remote role)
