- Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.
- Attention to detail

We will train applicants with strong communication skills, great work-ethic, work experience, and a positive, self-starter approach to work. Our office provides advancement potential for those who excel and learn quickly.
 

  • Responsibilities:
    Process customer orders and invoices
    Communicate with customers, sales reps, and warehouse team
    Coordinate Import & Export shipments .
    Handle emails, data entry, and order tracking

Assist with account receivable & general ledgers.
