Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Accounting Administrative Assistant. The Accounting Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the accounting department by performing various administrative tasks and facilitating the smooth operation of financial activities. This position is well-suited for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and a keen eye for accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with financial reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
- Contribute to the month-end closing process by preparing financial reports, summaries, and statements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and reporting
- Respond to accounting-related queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office supplies
