As our Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeper, you'll earn a competitive salary of $50,000-$54,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer an excellent benefits package, including:

ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
As our Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeper, you'll process incoming payments and reconcile financial records, and manage accounts payable by matching invoices and preparing payments. You'll coordinate inventory entries, respond to customer and vendor inquiries, and ensure all documentation, from contracts to employee files, is accurate and up to date.
