From hand-cut steaks to fresh seafood delivered seven days a week, our kitchens are built on passion, consistency, and teamwork.

We are currently seeking a strong, hands-on Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team.

Position Overview

The Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a critical role in the daily operation and success of the kitchen. This leader will work directly alongside the Kitchen Manager and Operating Partner to execute high-quality food, maintain kitchen standards, lead cooks by example, and help drive operational excellence. This is a working management position that requires strong leadership, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-volume scratch kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute line functions and lead by example during service
  • Assist with daily kitchen operations in a fully scratch kitchen
  • Cut and portion meats and seafood in-house to company specifications
  • Support ordering, inventory management, and product rotation
  • Manage prep production and kitchen organization
  • Train, coach, and develop line cooks and prep cooks
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Ensure proper sanitation, safety, and cleanliness procedures are followed
  • Assist in labor management and scheduling
  • Help create a positive, accountable, team-driven culture

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred
  • Strong line execution and scratch cooking knowledge
  • Experience with meat cutting and portioning is highly preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and team development
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
