Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family-owned and privately held restaurant company founded in 1967. We are devoted to serving the local communities in which our franchised restaurants operate and are known for our original chicken sandwich. With over 2,300 restaurants in 47 states and Washington, D.C., we take pride in serving freshly prepared food that meets or exceeds our quality requirements.

Overview:

  • Always deliver crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
  • Coach and train the behaviors of all team members who work in the kitchen
  • Create a sense of urgency that creates surprisingly fast speed of service
  • Ensure attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
  • Execute systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
