Spring Café – Aspen

Spring Café is looking for an experienced, motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. We specialize in fresh, organic, plant-forward food and are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about quality.

Qualifications & Responsibilities


  • Experience preparing -Vegan  pastries. Gluten Free
  • Knowledge of organic and plant-based food
  • Strong grill skills
  • Salad and cold station experience
  • Food ordering and receiving
  • Inventory management and organization
  • Current DOH/Food Handler Card
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
