Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing structured onboarding
and training programs that prepare employees for success. This role ensures all training follows
standardized plans, supports trainees through coaching and mentorship, and promotes
consistency, safety, quality, and productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop, maintain, and continuously improve detailed training plans for operational roles
to ensure consistent and effective training delivery
โ€ข Monitor and ensure all training activities are conducted in accordance with established
scripts and company standards
โ€ข Conduct daily follow-ups with trainers and trainees to review progress, assess training
effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
โ€ข Act as a mentor and resource for new hires, providing guidance, support, and
encouragement throughout the training process
โ€ข Ensure proper training techniques, engagement, and adherence to expectations
โ€ข Perform regular audits of training areas to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and
production standards
โ€ข Collaborate with leadership to align training programs with organizational goals,
operational needs, and performance expectations
โ€ข Track and document training progress, certifications, and completion milestones
โ€ข Champion training to deliver a positive employee experience, while consistently

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

โ€ข Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience preferred
