Overview
Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.
The Work
The Training Evaluation Specialist I is responsible for providing support for the creation, distribution, compilation, analysis and reporting of all evaluations in accordance with Training and Performance Standards. This role works closely with program offices, subject matter experts, instructors and staff, multimedia specialists, and distributed learning designers to ensure that SOP standards.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts qualitative analysis and data entry for write-in survey comments from level I evaluations
  • Creates, distributes, compiles, analyzes and reports all Level I, II and III evaluations
  • Compiles the qualitative and quantitative data that is used for the analysis and formal reporting of Evaluation Reviews
  • Works with Instructional Systems Designers, Instructors/Subject Matter Experts, and Program Managers to develop/revise Level I, II, and III evaluations
  • Creates and tracks all training publication requests to include revisions, funding procurement, review of proofs, and receiving of completed orders
  • Creates and tracks Program Office equipment purchase requests
  • Tracks the Program Office budget to ensure availability of adequate funds for spending
  • Provides the necessary support and guidance to achieve and retain all FLETA accreditation requirements for the Program Office
  • Provides weekly updates of activities to the Curriculum Manager
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client.
  • Associate's degree, preferably in instructional technology, or a related subject, together with one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in a training environment
  • Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in training and course development
  • Demonstrated experience using the Instructional Systems Design Model
  • Knowledge of academic accreditation processes preferred
  • Experience with a test authoring management system such as Scantron preferred
  • Secret Clearnce is required.
  • Due to the nature of work at the client's site, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
  • Must possess excellent written and spoken command of the English language
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Must be proficient in the use of SharePoint
