Job description

Mid-Level Government Training Proposal Integrator

Company:

Boeing Global Services is seeking aMid-level Government Training Proposal Integratorto join the Vertical Lift Training Team, inHazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Huntsville, AL, Oklahoma City, OK, Plano, TX, San Antonio, TX, or Ridley Park, PA.

This position will support Proposal Integration activities in Government Training (GT) supporting the AH-64, AH-6, MH-139, and CH-47 platforms.

You will coordinate,monitor, and integrate proposal activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, supportequipmentand facilities.

Additionally, you will tracksupport engineering data development and gatherthatdata for estimates in support of proposal activities. You will also develop processes and support activities to ensure procedures are implemented, documented and are current.

In this role, you will support the establishment of processes to develop andmaintainsupport products and engineering data.The ideal candidate will havestrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop GT proposal project plans consistent with projectobjectivesas defined by stakeholders andin accordance withaccepted project management standards

  • Coordinateproposal schedule and milestones, enforce process compliance, coordinate stakeholderreviewsand ensure proposal deliverables and approvals

  • Coordinate proposal planning, technical reviews whenrequired, provide liaison between members of the integrated business team,facilitate, when necessary, GT estimating kickoffs and status meeting, and coordinate with Contracts and Pricing and Program Management

  • Ensure individuals are evaluating the identified tasks to the baseline proposal schedule

  • Identifynecessary proposal elements and ensureappropriate functionaland programmatic representation during proposal development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

  • 3+ years of experience in integratedlogisticssupport

  • 3+ years of experience working inateam environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Proposal management

  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts

  • Experience in Contracts, Estimating, Finance or Program Management

  • Experience with Vertical Lift platforms

  • Familiarity withGovernment training
